Ski / Snowboard
Verbier is home to one of the most beautiful ski areas in the world and is part of the “4 Vallées”, the biggest ski area in Switzerland. A freeride paradise, the resort is a must for skiers and snowboarders of all levels from around the world. Its numerous signposted freeride routes and its two lifts that go above 3000m make it a resort with a special appeal, not to mention its world renowned “après ski”.
Ski touring / heliskiing
Verbier offers many trails for nice ski touring expeditions with the most common destinations being the Rosablanche and the massif des Combins. The lifts allow you to considerably shorten some of the trails. Heliskiing is another attractive possibility with various drop off sports followed by breathtaking descents. We can make suggestions for a mountain guide or help you contact the guides’ office.
Snowshoes and Sledges
Snowshoers of all levels can explore the region thanks to 33 marked and groomed tracks. To discover more remote places, hire a trekking guide. And for even more extreme adventures, call a mountain guide.
A 10km sledging slope with 800m of vertical descent awaits in La Tzoumaz. This slope, the longest in French speaking Switzerland, promises a great experience and lots of laughter!
Paragliding
The team of Flyverbier offers you to a tandem flight in the wonderful setting of the Val de Bagnes. Their team is made of local professionals who all have a license from the “Federation de Vol Libre Suisse” (FSVL).
